Meaning

Culture

The symptoms of an “unhealthy” and inconsistent culture do not emerge immediately. The most mature organizations choose to diagnose the first signs of a weakened culture with regular diagnostics. Moments of special attention to culture:

  • War and crisis;
  • business scaling;
  • company structuring;
  • optimization;
  • strategy changes;
  • mergers and acquisitions;
  • management team changes;
  • effectiveness decrease;
  • talents outflow;
  • lack of enthusiasm, initiative,
  • low engagement;
  • weak client-orientation (internal and external);
  • low top management integration and conflicts;
  • and much more

Questions that clients come to us with

  • I am concerned about employee performance;
  • Founders: it is time to hire CEO…
  • We are losing market position, and it seems the people are the problem;
  • The company culture is no longer inspiring;
  • It’s important to see if my team shares our/my values;
  • How to maintain the culture in times of scaling up;
  • Need a staff assessment;
  • Want to understand if my leadership team is ready for change;
  • How do I communicate the Mission to people if it causes skepticism?
  • The company’s drive is gone, and the Strategy and plans are ambitious;
  • We want to become a self-developing company;
  • We have a cool strategy, which is not the case with its implementation…;
  • I need a strong management team;
  • How not to make a mistake when selecting CEOs and top managers?

Culture is an abstraction. Does that mean it has no effect on business performance? No. Studies show that a 2-8% decrease in Cultural Entropy© leads to a 2-17% increase in revenue (on average) and a 10-50% increase in engagement (!). Interested in measuring you culture entropy?

The best starting point is CULTURE TOUCH: do a little research on the culture and values of the top team and discuss the results together. Even if you’re not ready to continue working with the culture, the results of this meeting and analysis will provide you with a lot of insights and strengthen and engage the top team.

Direction

Strategy

Undoubtedly. Of course, the horizon for strategizing changes. At this time, the business requires short-term (up to 1 year) strategies and plans – this requires a STRATEGIC SESSION tailored to you, preferably within broad trends and scenarios of external environment development (from 3 years) – this requires a FORESIGHT.

Have you had a bad experience? Yes, it happens that after the strategy session is over, everything remains as it was or even worse. The key is in the culture, first of all, the values, needs, and culture of the top team. We help to avoid such problems through a VALUE-STRATEGIC SESSION and its follow-ups.

You can ask a question or sign up for a mini-meeting about it here

Yes, sometimes, it can be an option. Although, of course, participants’ productivity will decline faster. So, expect a few meetings of a few hours each. Usually, there will be more hours of strategizing in total.

Participants do not need any special knowledge; there are online tools that you can master instantly during the session.

By having a clear understanding of the initial result of the strategy session. We can help define the result together.

Let’s discuss it at a mini-meeting – free of charge.

Transformation

Coaching

Coaching is a reflective dialogue between the coach and the person looking for an answer on how to make their life better.

Coaching is a way to help someone else by paying attention to their inner sources of meaning and energy. It is neither a crutch nor an attempt to issue a prescription or an answer from an expert.

It is a journey with a guide to your individual findings and decisions.

Coaching is not psychoanalysis; it works with the present and the future.

Coaching is anti-consulting. You won’t find advice, recipes, or expert opinions here.

Coaching is for those who feel they know and can do a lot, but somehow, the KPI of experience and knowledge does not always improve the quality and meaningfulness of life.

In short, Psychotherapy works with the present and the past, while Coaching works with the present and the future. Psychotherapy is literally “treatment of the soul” when a person feels, for example, that certain scenarios in their life (most likely related to psychological trauma) are repeating and making them suffer (it started in the past). Coaching is necessary when we experience a lack of meaning, motivation, strength, and energy for any life decisions (for the future).

Mentoring is professional guidance. It can be along with mentorship – psychological support.

In the life of a modern leader, it is difficult to imagine personal development without coaching, therapy, and mentorship

We offer an existential type of coaching. Key topics: meaning, value, health, energy, strength, life decisions, search for self, self-value.

“REBOOTING”

To do a “reboot” of oneself, one’s life, and activities/business.

ENERGY AND MEANING

Find the sources of energy and strength for something important. Find something “for WHAT, you can endure any HOW”

INSPIRE OTHERS

Engage, inspire, and motivate others and the team without unnecessary control or psychological cost/shock.

CLARITY AND JOY

Find answers to inner questions and dilemmas, including discovering what you want to do and start doing something that brings joy and income.

HARMONIOUS ROLE INTEGRATION

Create a holistic brand, market positioning, and/or change job.

HOBBY AS YOUR BUSINESS

To help something that brings joy to produce money as well.

Bridge the gap between thousands of activities, life spheres, and roles. Find your point of balance, meaning, and integration.

GET THROUGH A MID-LIFE CRISIS

Find new meanings, reinvigorate old ones, and fill up with energy for the most important things in the second part of your life.

This is the most famous myth of the past. On the contrary, the ability to recognize one’s finitude and ineffectiveness in some matters of life and ask for help are signs of the strength and development of modern human. Unfortunately, it is the people who are used to “doing everything themselves” (enduring, being heroes, “standing to the end,” constantly sacrificing themselves, taking on the most difficult tasks even if there is no energy anymore, etc.) who are the most fragile. The level of cardiovascular disease, depression, anxiety disorders, and burnout in the “strong” leaders in Ukraine (and not only) speaks for itself.

Sure. Exactly during existential coaching session we can help you to start with the formulation of the request. “I am getting very tired, it is necessary to change something” or “I do not know what to do with this project/partner/decision” and even “I do not know what my request is, but everything makes me angry/I see no sense/I tear myself apart” – everything is good. Usually, 1-2 meetings are enough (get to know each other, set goals, adjust to each other – whether we’re comfortable together).

If you’re ready, let me know here.
